Did you see any Windows Updates installed recently?
It's not obvious what caused the problem. Try the below mentioned steps and check if they helps.
Go with the link and download updated drivers from Manufacturer website
- Turnoff and disconnect your printer from the power source and the USB connection too.
- Go to Devices and Printers, then remove the printer from your Devices and Printers folder.
- Uninstall any printer driver you have installed currently.
- From the above links, download and save the driver for your printer.
- Install the new printer driver - right-click the installer first and choose Run as Administrator.
- Please do not power up the printer or connect through USB lead until it prompts you to do.
