Each club is carefully examined to determine it's condition and then graded and put into the it's proper category. As you know everyone has their own option on the condition of a golf club. What we take into consideration when making our decision is the head, paint, shaft, grip and head cover if included. Then we look at the overall appearance and condition and then grade it accordingly. Just because there could be some light scratches or small chipping in the paint or signs of normal use on the face and sole doesn't automatically down grade it's condition if the rest of the club looks great. We take great pride in our grading system and you will find that when your club arrives it's been properly graded. Brand New: This club is still in the original packing or it's been opened but not used. The head, paint, grip, shaft and head cover all show normal signs of use to include chipping, scuffing, scratching, pop up's and other cosmetic imperfections. They have not been abused and do not have any major damage like dents or other damage that would affect it's play. The head, paint, grip, shaft and head cover, if included, all look good. This is still a good value for the money and for the buyer not looking to spend a lot of money.
